Senior Strategy Consultant (Experimentation)
We’re looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant with 5+ years of practical experience in Experimentation, Optimisation, Conversion Rate Optimisation, Customer Experience Optimisation, or Product Experimentation.
You will be instrumental in providing the direction our clients need for long-term sustainable growth, ultimately enabling them to experiment at scale across their digital estate and beyond.
In this role, you will work closely with UX consultants, developers, and QA teams, overseeing the entire experimentation process from research to analysis. You’ll also build strategic roadmaps, lead workshops, and help scale clients’ experimentation programmes. Strong analytical skills and experience with platforms like Optimizely and Google Analytics are required. Experience with server-side testing and SQL is a a plus.
Full-stack Engineer /Consultant (Experimentation /Optimisation)
We seek a seasoned Full-Stack Experimentation Developer/Consultant with at least 4+ years of experience to enhance our innovative experimentation projects across all our software offerings. The successful candidate will possess a profound expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, with a specialised focus on server-side experimentation technologies and architectures.
In this vital role, you’ll engage with the technical and strategic realms of experimentation initiatives, working meticulously with senior architects and alongside our CTO to manage and deliver projects on an enterprise scale.
Furthermore, your leadership capabilities will be spotlighted as you lead and manage workshops with large teams, distilling complex principles into digestible insights, fostering a collaborative environment, and steering collective efforts towards our strategic goals.
Front-end Developer (Experimentation /Optimisation)
We seek a seasoned client-side experimentation developer, who will be adept in the nuances of experimentation principles and platforms. You will leverage expertise in A/B testing platforms, including but not limited to Optimizely, Adobe Target, Monetate, A/B Tasty & Dynamic Yield.
Collaborating within a dynamic team, including a project manager and a strategy consultant, you will navigate through developing client-side experiments, playing a crucial role in conceptualising and implementing strategic customer experience initiatives.
Marketing Manager
An all-rounder who will build and scale our marketing activities to continue growing our brand messaging, establish thought leadership and support sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, own and maintain the marketing plan
- Work with Partners, CCX staff and industry connections to manage content creation and event planning
- Manage continuous research activities including industry trends and user research
