We’re lucky to work with fantastic clients such as the BBC, M&S, easyJet, AJ Bell, Hastings Direct, RSA, IHG, Primark, Premier Inn and YOOX Net-A-Porter Group. Helping them to innovate and continuously improve through research and experimentation, and helping them to mature and scale their experimentation programmes.
However, Creative CX is growing because we’ve been winning additional clients and doing more great work for our existing clients. This is very exciting as it means it’s time to find a new talented individual to join our wonderful CCX team!
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development/Engineering with experience in building A/B testing & implementing experimentation services or Product Experimentation.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer specialising in experimentation, you will guide the implementation and build of client-side and server-side experiments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to strategise and execute high-impact experimentation initiatives that help clients drive user engagement, conversion, and overall product success.
We need you to
- Architect and implement experimentation systems enabling server-side/product experimentation.
- Continually improve the set-up of experimentation platforms within our clients’ technical infrastructure so that every team in Product and Marketing can experiment on every platform with full confidence.
- Enable and manage A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalisation initiatives from a technical perspective.
- Ensure experimentation systems maintain peak performance throughout traffic volumes
- Validate integrations between experimentation platforms & third-party platforms – analytics & CDPs.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and data analysts to implement experimentation KPIs.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and compellingly.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within teams.

You’ll have
- Extensive experience with experimentation platforms – server-side & client-side (Optimizely, Monetate, AB Tasty, Dynamic Yield).
- Strong expertise in full-stack engineering, with a focus on modern web technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Python, etc.).
- Proficiency in integrating APIs, third-party libraries, and data visualization tools.
- Deep understanding of experimentation methodologies and statistical principles.
- Proven experience in consulting or client-facing roles, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with building scalable easy-to-use experimentation systems.
- Experience with other experimentation tools (e.g., Adobe Target, StatSig, Eppo, ABSmartly, GrowthBook, VWO etc.).
- Experience with Analytics & CDP tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, M-Particle, Segment, Zeotap)
- Background in eCommerce, SaaS, or consumer-facing digital products.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
